Bug screen doors are barriers that allow natural daylight and air to flow freely into the premises, thus enhancing employee comfort and productivity. These barriers are all the more pertinent if you own a food packaging, processing and manufacturing facilities, as hygiene in these locations is absolutely crucial, but unwanted pests are an issue in all businesses. You can install a bug screen door at key entry points; like loading dock doors, dumpster zones, and even larger dive-in doors.

Bug screen door series 8000

• The Series 8000 Bug Door will suit door openings up to and including 12′ x 12′.
• Allows unrestricted air flow and natural light.
• High quality vinyl coated polyester screening with optimal mesh size.
• Screening is flame retardant and has a high tear and tensile strength.
• Screening is weather, abrasion and rot resistant.
• Door consists of 14-gauge steel guide / side frame track, complete with canopy.
• Chain weighted bottom bar provides positive bottom seal.
• The door is operated manually by means of handle and pull chain and is balanced by counter weights.
• Can be mounted in front of an exterior door (Example: Shipping & Receiving door).
• Provides an interior barrier between production departments.
• Wind load stabilizer bars.
• Custom modifications available.
• Fully enclosed steel frame with nylon brush gasketing.

Bug screen door series 8000XXL

• The XXL Super Screen will suit door openings up to and including 16′ x 18′.
• Allows unrestricted air flow and natural light.
• High quality black vinyl coated polyester screening with optimal mesh size.
• Mono-filament Belting strips provide vertical reinforcement.
• Screening is fire retardant and has a high tear and tensile strength.
• This screening is also weather, UV and rot resistant.
• Door consists of 14 gauge steel side frame tracks complete with canopy.
• Bottom bar provides positive bottom seal.
• The door is operated by means of a manual chain hoist and is balanced by counter weights.
• Can be mounted in front of an existing exterior door (Example: Shipping and Receiving door).
• Provides an exterior barrier between production and the bugs.
• Wind safeguard rollers to prevent blowout.
• Custom modifications available.
• Steel frame with nylon brush gasketing, providing optimal seal.
