The DYNACO N-211 multi-purpose & energy efficient high speed roll up door is a special, soft bottom door that has been engineered to provide safe, and efficient area separation where high cycle operation and sanitation are critical. The flexible soft bottom curtain on the door combined with the multi-composite frame provide options for easy washing and environmental sealing, and years of reliable service in demanding hygienic applications. The optional Wash Down Mode helps to reduce health risks in the food processing and sanitation industries by providing access to wash the entire roll-up drum, while the Clean Seal option adds additional gaskets to control any air leakage.

FULLY WASHABLE - The whole structure is accessible for high-pressure washing while the stiffeners are sealed under watertight welds. A Wash Down Mode allows even high-pressure cleaning of the rolling barrel.
AIR DRYING - The surface is smooth and water-repelling and doesn’t contain flat or closed parts which allows for natural air drying.
ENHANCED SAFETY - Infrared photo-eyes reverse the door automatically if an obstruction is detected. Our soft bottom edge curtain, which also contains a wireless reversing edge, protects personnel and equipment from common hard edge accidents.
ENERGY SAVINGS - The high-speed operation (opens up to 48”/sec., and closes at 24”/sec.) significantly reduces unwanted air transfer saving energy expenses.
SEALS AND HANDLES PRESSURE DIFFERENCES thanks to the flexible stiffeners, the pressure is distributed evenly over the whole frame which increases the seal.
MULTI-COMPOSITE STRUCTURE: The side-guides and header assembly (shaft, end brackets and covers) are all made of ultra-strong, smooth and non-corrosive, multi-composite material, resulting in 45% improved corrosion-resistance compared to 316L stainless steel.
